A role-based AI employee runtime.
Etenos is two halves: a local agent runtime that does the work on the developer's machine, and a cloud control plane that handles accounts, policy, integrations, and audit — without raw code ever crossing the boundary.
Local agent runtime
Runs on the developer's machine. Scans the workspace, packs local context, drafts plans and diffs, and executes only approved side effects. Source code and command output stay local.
Cloud control plane
Handles identity and orchestration: accounts, organizations, teams, subscriptions, integrations, task history, audit trails, monitoring, and policy management — fed by sanitized activity summaries.
Every employee runs from a profile.
A role profile is the contract that turns a generic model into a specific employee: who it is, what it knows, what it's allowed to do, and what it has done.
See every agent at a glance.
Each desktop agent registers with the control plane and emits a heartbeat. An organization sees which agents are live, what they're working on, and the full history of approvals and executions.
Raw code stays local. Summaries sync.
By default, raw source code and raw command output never leave the machine. The control plane receives sanitized activity summaries — unless an explicit future policy changes that.
A provider strategy, not a lock-in.

GitHub App and personal authorization, Projects v2, issues, branches, and PRs.
GitLab later
The same gated workflow against GitLab repositories and boards.
Jira later
Pull work from Jira and sync status alongside your task manager.
One runtime, ready for the whole roster.
Syntaxis runs on it today. QA, Analyst, and PM are next — same profile, same gates, same audit.
